Brands can start with our ready-to-market ODM base formulas and transition to custom OEM formulation IP as they grow.

MOQs depend primarily on packaging formats and custom active ingredient requirements. Standard stock jar or tube filling MOQs typically start at 3,000 to 5,000 units per formulation. For highly customized proprietary packaging molds or specialized color runs, MOQs may start at 10,000 units. We also offer flexible pilot-batch production for brands conducting market validation trials.

For European export, we provide full Product Information Files (PIF) and safety assessments compatible with the EU CPNP portal. We replace traditional silicones with plant-derived alkanes, hemisqualane, and natural ester blends that replicate the slip and shine of silicones without pore-clogging residues. All formulas can be certified 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and artificial dyes.

Formulation R&D and lab sample approval typically take 2 to 3 weeks. Once samples and packaging artwork are approved, production and filling take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Stability and microbiological challenge testing are conducted concurrently during pre-production. Total lead time from initial brief to container dispatch is usually 6 to 8 weeks.

For custom OEM formulation projects developed under contract, formulation IP ownership terms are explicitly detailed in our manufacturing agreement. Upon completion of agreed development parameters and production milestones, full proprietary ownership of the formulation deck can be transferred to your enterprise.

Every formulation undergoes 12-week accelerated thermal stability testing at 45°C, freeze-thaw cycle testing (-10°C to 40°C), centrifuge separation testing, photostability evaluation, and 28-day USP/EP preservative challenge testing. Finished batches are sampled for viscosity, pH, specific gravity, microbiological count, and heavy metals prior to releasing the COA.
